Space to Grow Open Houses

We are embarking on the design of five more Space to Grow schoolyards! Over the next two weeks, we’ll be hosting a series of open houses at these schools.

Parents, teachers/staff, community members and neighbors are all welcome to participate at their respective school! These meetings are open house style, so attendees can come anytime during the posted meeting hours. They can expect to spend about 20 minutes at the event, sharing their ideas for what they’d like to see in their new schoolyard. Coffee and healthy snacks will be provided, and they’ll receive a tote bag as a thank you for participating.

Wednesday, Feb 8: Fernwood Elementary, 2:30-6:30 p.m.
Thursday, Feb 9: Cook Elementary, 2-6 p.m.
Tuesday, Feb 14: Nathan Davis Elementary, 2-6 p.m.
Wednesday, Feb 15: Morton School of Excellence: 2-6 p.m.
Thursday, Feb 16: Eugene Field Elementary: 12-1 p.m. and 2-4 p.m.
